We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our friendly team here at Penton Motor Group. We are Citroen and Peugeot Main Dealers and hold over 800 New and Used cars in stock as well as having a busy workshops onsite. As an experienced Administrator you will be responsible for the correct and accurate administration of vehicle sales, assisting with processing of any warranty claims as well as providing support to the sales and service teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Complete and process all orders for New & Used Vehicles sold.
- Create and maintain all stock files
- Ensure vehicles are invoiced, taxed and handover packs completed ready for Sales Team
- Splitting of deal files after handover, ensuring all relevant documentation is signed by the customer and sales team.
- Working on the DMS system to add workshop lines and adding addition lines for work required on sales cars.
- Processing of Warranty Claims
- Follow the correct process for our Used Trade stock disposal

Ideally, you will have had previous experience as an administrator within the Motor Trade and knowledge of Pinnacle would be an advantage. You will need to be able to approach your work in a methodical way and have excellent attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking family friendly team.
