Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a law firm based in North East London who are seeking a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their growing team. Please find below further details regarding this position.
**ROLE**: Wills & Probate Solicitor
**LOCATION**: North East London
**SALARY**: £40,000 to £50,000
**PQE**:3 to 5 years
**The Role**
- To manage and progress a full caseload of Wills & Probate matters through to completion
- To deal with estate administration, grants of representation, inheritance tax, wills drafting and lasting powers of attorney
- To deal with clients face-to-face on a daily basis and deal with matters in an effective manner
- To assist the more junior members of staff with any technical queries

**The Person**
- A qualified Solicitor with between 3 to 5 years' PQE (although this is flexible)
- To have extensive working experience within the field of Wills & Probate
- To have a proven track-record of working towards billing targets
- An effective communicator who can deal with clients queries
