Personal Assistant

Personal assistant to the vascular nursing services providing all aspects of administrative support. Assist in delivering his/her role of the corporate agenda of the Trust and in any relationships or activities the vascular team within the Division/Care Organisation may participate in across a wider local or national footprint.
The vascular nursing team works alongside the vascular multidisciplinary team in order to support the smooth running of the vascular service.
Typing of clinic letters
Complete clinic cancellation forms for the vascular nursing team and process according to SOP.
Request new and follow up clinic appointments
Chase diagnostics investigation results
Provide non clinical advice and information to patients and relatives
Organise meetings and support diary management for team
Work independently; have planning and organisational skills and prioritise workload and delivery to ensure deadlines are adhered to
