This instantly recognisable creative social agency are looking for an experienced Art Director to help them shape the direction of their food, beauty, retail, and fitness brands. This agency are known for their socially led campaigns that are underpinnedby data and psychology, with innovation at the very core of everything they do. They believe that great creativity has the power to move people, evoke a reaction, a feeling, and convey true sentiment; in this Art Director role you’ll be spearheading all that.

As Art Director you’ll be working with a Creative Copywriter across different projects to conceptualise different ideas to present to clients. You’ll be shaping the quality of the creative content, and be the visual lead and brand guardian to bring intelligentresponses to briefs. You’ll also be responsible for establishing and pushing the team’s creative capabilities to new heights.

**Role responsibilities**
- Work in tandem with a Creative Copywriter and bring campaigns to life
- Create mood boards and have a large catalogue of references across still & live photography, animation, art & design, and sound
- Brief the in-house designers, animators, and videographers, as well as external production agencies
- Ensure creative visual output is consistent with the overall brand, strategy, and vision
- Experience in the full Adobe Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates great social creative and conceptual thinking
- Excellent presenter and pitch winner
