**Role and Responsibilities**
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join and lead our busy accounts department.
We are looking for a highly organised Accounts Supervisor to be responsible for a range of duties including customer invoicing, supplier invoice processing, credit control, bank and other account reconciliations in an efficient and timely manner.

**Duties Managing and Performing**
- Client Invoicing
- Owning the Month end process
- Managing and processing of employee expenses
- Daily inputting of receipts
- VAT
- Writing and inputting journals into the accounting ledger
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Debtor management
- Provide ad-hoc financial information in response to queries from Manager and the wider business

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience managing a team is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must deliver on deadlines
- Methodical and self-disciplined approach to work
- Strong verbal, numerical and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and use initiative
- Good Excel skills
- IT literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, N11 2UT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
