Job description

Bond International are looking for self-motivated Tele-Sales account Managers We are based in the Market town of Pocklington and like to recruit locally where possible

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales representative to join our ever-growing sales team based in the Pocklington Depot. You must have a confident phone presence and ability to close sales deals

**The main responsibilities are**:

- Contact an existing customer base with the daily deals given to you via management
- Create your ‘own’ Offers tailor made to your customers' needs
- Collect customer debts in
- Direct Customer dealerships potential to the Field Sales Team
- Take incoming calls and process orders for colleagues
- Look after account queries providing customers with proof of deliveries or invoices as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must have Computer and Phone Skill set
- Negotiation skills, the ability to resolve issues and address complaints necessary
- Excellent communications skills

**We offer**
- An excellent rate of pay
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- 20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays

**Hours**:

- Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30
- 1 in 3 Saturdays
- 30-minute daily unpaid break

**Salary**:

- £25,000 per annum.
- Uncapped Commission Structure

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
