Family Workers - Assessment and Support**
**Fixed Hours each week. £23,400 per annum, pro rata.**
OneOneCoCo is recruiting Family Assessment and Support Workers to join our growing East London based family assessment and support service.
We are looking for committed and motivated individuals that work well in a team and are able to use own initiative.
Attention to detail, excellent people skills, observation skills and a good standard of written English are required.
Applicants with work experience of children's services, domestic violence, child development, mental health, learning disability or services for young people would be at an advantage.
- Sundays either 8am - 5pm or 2 - 9:30pm
- Saturdays either 8am - 5pm or 2 - 9:30pm
- Evenings during the week
- sleep in shift
Full time Contracts or Part time minimum hours contract are offered with the opportunity to top up hours as needed.
Will be able to exercise initiative and have good working knowledge of IT systems, including word and excel software packages.
The responsibilities of the role include:
The contribution to and delivery of family assessments, - ensuring the protection and well-being of children at all times - maintaining a high level of monitoring and supervision.
- Social care qualification
- Experience in working with children and young people
- Excellent communication, observation and analytical skills
- Excellent skills in record keeping
**Salary**: £23,400 per annum, pro rata
