Excellent opportunity for a Locum Consultant in Gastroenterology to join this NHS trust situated on the west coast of Lancashire

The trust encourages flexible working hours and to help maintain a good home-life balance. The role would involve working within endoscopic procedures including EUS and ERCP.

You would be expected to have a broad background in general gastroenterology and endoscopy skills. Depending on sub-specialist expertise there are opportunities to expand current Hepatology, HPB (EUS and or ERCP), UGI or luminal services and advanced endoscopy services

The trust has good transport links and are within easy reach of Manchester, Liverpool and the Lake District. both in short commuting proximity with highly rated schools of Excellent by Ofsted, good quality dining, many picturesque locations, affordable high quality housing and offer a varied range of outdoor, cultural and social activities.

Essential Criteria

MBBS/Equivalent qualification

MRCP/FRCP

Full GMC Registration and within 6 months of getting on Specialist GMC Register

NHS experience is essential
