Fox Morris are working with South Gloucestershire Council in relations to finding a Principal Building Surveyor to start work ASAP
**Responsibilities**
- South Gloucestershire Council is looking to find and interim Building Surveyor to work within our Property Services Team.
- The role requires a natural self-starter who will have the ability to work within a fast paced and challenging professional Property, Estates and Facilities Management team.
- The individual will be tasked with the issuing, managing and coordination of a variety of projects that relate to our Repairs and Maintenance budgets both in the Corporate and Educational settings. Works may be delivered directly or via our approved supply chain and Consultancy agreements.
- The post holder will be able to communicate all aspects of the projects to all relevant stakeholders and be directly responsible for ensuring positive outcomes for these projects.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
