**The Role**
We’re looking for a Data Visualisation Consultant to help drive the evolution of our Data & Analytics Practice. You’ll use Power BI to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support major transformation programmes for our financial services clients. This role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions through compelling dashboards and data storytelling.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and build interactive, insightful Power BI dashboards for clients and internal use
- Translate business challenges into data visualisation strategies and analytics solutions
- Lead client workshops and training sessions to embed Power BI best practices
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions

**What We’re Looking For**
- Deep experience designing data visualisations using Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
- Proven ability to work with large, complex data sets to drive insights and recommendations
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in accessible, non-technical language
- Solid understanding of visualisation theory - chart types, storytelling and interactivity
- Financial services background and proven success in data analytics delivery

**Bonus Points For**
- Proficiency in other visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R or Spark
- Experience in change management or data programme execution
- Previous experience in a consulting role or similar client-facing environment
- Knowledge of AI-powered visualisation or conversational analytics tools
