**Administration Assistant**

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

- To keep project and other reports up-to-date as required
- To undertake routine filing of correspondence, minutes, invoices, and other items in a logical and accessible format (including archiving)
- Respond to telephone calls in a timely manner, welcoming the caller and re-directing as quickly as possible
- Take messages as necessary and re-directing in a timely manner or locating personnel if requested
- To deal with customers courteously and efficiently in a way that reinforces and harmonises the company and customer relationships
- To provide other administration assistance, e.g. distribution of post, photocopying
- Prepare outgoing post ensuring it is correctly franked ready for collection/delivery to Post Office daily
- Maintain stationery and other essential office supplies
- Maintain a positive team environment to promote the overall interests of the company without regard to sectional or divisional boundaries
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- To undertake other duties, within the competency of the post holder, as may be reasonably required from time to time, including assisting other remote offices with their admin duties

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Administration experience
- Working in conjunction with remote offices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptable
- Experience of working within tight deadlines
