Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Residential Cleaner to provide high standards of cleanliness across various locations. You will be joining our Independent Retirement Living scheme based in Wolverhampton. Your role will involve cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. If you take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining clean, safe environments in a dynamic setting, we would love to hear from you.

The hours of work are 4hrs per week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 10.30am to 11.30am, Thursdays and Fridays, 12.30pm to 1.30pm. There will be regular interaction with residents and staff so strong communication skills and customer service is essential to this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as kitchens, corridors, lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths and grass areas
- Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.

Key requirements:

- Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
- Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
