Tenant Liaison Officer
Dartmouth
11 month contract
Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5pm
£25k plus company vehicle
Working for a local Construction Firm in the South West who are expanding and now seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to join the team on a busy project in Dartmouth for around 11 months. They currently work on projects within social housing, Local authorities and main contractors.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will be accountable for all aspects of communication with residents before and during improvement works.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Making initial contact with residents and being an advocate for them.- Working with the site manager to arrange planned works to properties- Keeping them up to date with changes and progress being made- Assisting the Site Manager with daily tasksGood communication and literacy skills essential, experience working within construction/Housing would be an advandage.
This is a contract role based in the Dartmouth area, offering a company vehicle (van) 20-days holiday and company pension scheme after a qualifying period.
