Have you got an Administration background within the Finance sector? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the biggest accountancy firms in Cambridge Our client is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team to provide efficient andprofessional administrative support.
- Responsible for managing the process for new clients set ups which include set forms, engagement letters and meetings
- Daily administration, using the inhouse system to ensure all enquiries are logged
- Generating reports as requested
- Collection and recharging Xero and other software systems
- Filing and scanning, ensuring all records are up to date
- Liaising with the team to manage client billing process
