**Overview**:
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a Data Essentials - Level 3 Apprenticeship.
**Duties:**
- Perform legal invoice review,
- Produce reports for client by manipulation of data in Microsoft Excel and other in-house tools
- Communicating with external vendors /clients
- Assist external vendors in their invoice submissions.
- Monitor communications
- Other tasks may include arranging, attend and minute-taking for internal and external meetings and preparation of presentations.
- Deliver strategic consulting and operational solutions to corporate law departments and law firms.
- Use your analytical skills to identify strategic improvement opportunities.
- Implement solutions to improve legal department operations.
- Have ad hoc meetings whenever the customer requires.

**Essential Experience**:
- Experience of eliciting and managing decisions, assumptions, and business requirements.
- The ability to quickly understand and resolve complex problems.
- Excellent track record in previous client support/customer service engagements.
- Proven ability to work in a client-centric, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to learn new systems.
**Desirable**:
- Experience as a business analyst, legal operations analyst, or similar role within an organization.
- Have developed and used metrics and analytics as part of your solutions.
**Entry requirements**:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Working week**:
Monday - Friday,
37.5 hours a week.
**Salary**:
£15,000 per annum.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.
To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
