**About the Client**

One of the most innovative and advanced horticultural companies in the UK. This online business sells a wide range of products to both retail groups and professional growers. Due to huge success and rapid growth and internal movement, they are looking foran experienced and passionate Finance Business Partner to strengthen their already successful team and support the company across its growing media range.

**About the Role**

In this role as a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing timely commercial insight to support and challenge all financial matters to optimise the financial performance of its products and categories. In this new role you will workclosely with people across all group divisions within Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Supply Chain and it is therefore critical for the success of this role that you possess an ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.

To be a good fit for this role you will need to be qualified in or working towards a main finance qualification and have experience within a similar role and a similar industry. You must be highly driven and be able to adapt to change. A strong communicatorand the ability to lead and influence again is important.
