As a *Support Worker *with *Community Therapeutic Services (CTS)* would you like to join a friendly team providing high quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities and autism, who may also have mental health needs within our Residential Services? *About the role:* Throughout a typical day, you'll support our Service Users with everyday tasks from washing and dressing to accessing the community for a specific activity - no single day will be the same In addition to supporting our Service Users, as a Senior Support Worker you will help review and update care plans, ensuring the support provided is always person-centred.
