Income Manager

Our client is a highly respected social housing organisation based in West London and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Income Manager.
This role is full-time, and offers flexible hybrid working (2 days in office on a rota basis).
This position offers a salary of £44,962 per annum on a fixed term contract of up to 10 months.
- Review and action legal accounts increasing in arrears, taking appropriate action, and representing RHP at county court judgement hearings
- Encourage customer, external stakeholder, and team engagement by building relationships and supporting the team to use virtual and face-to-face communication methods
- Oversee the Rentsense arrears management system, call queue and arrears management/collection
- Make sure complaint investigations and responses are managed appropriately, reviewing customer feedback and complaints regularly to improve the service
- Take a leading role representing arrears collection methods, financial inclusion, and projects that deliver improved business performance
- Lead your team’s performance through regular one to ones, coaching and reviews.
- Make sure the Rents team is well resourced, leading recruitment and induction, and managing leave, absence, and flexible working
- Use data intelligently to drive better business performance and set standards that your team aspires to deliver
- Attend and contribute to weekly manager meetings and the weekly team huddle
