**Senior Practitioner - CWD - £40ph - Hybrid**

NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the East Midlands who are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Children With Disabilities team. **Some responsibilities of this position will include;**
- **Delivering a wide range of statutory social work activities and professional social work tasks at an advanced level as an allocated case holder.**:

- **Modelling good social work practice and encourage continuing professional development of colleagues.**:

- **Functioning as a practice educator, supervising and assessing student Social Workers.**:

- **Assisting & deputising for the team manager in using performance information as part of a commitment to continuous service improvement.**

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Social Work & Social Work England registration
- A drivers license
- An up to date DBS check
- Experience working with Children With Disabilities & Safeguarding.
