We have an exciting opportunity for an **Office Assistant **to join the team.

Location: Altrincham - office based

**Salary**: up to £24k plus, Christmas bonus, pension, healthcare, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

**Office Assistant** - **You:

- You will have excellent customer service skills and organisation skills
- You must have an excellent telephone manner and be confident talking with high-level clients when answering the phone and greeting them at reception of our newly acquired offices in Altrincham
- You will be highly organised, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- You will be able to prioritise workloads and will have excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language with impeccable spelling and grammar for report checking
- You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and producing work to tight timescales

**Office Assistant** - **Key Responsibilities:
This role sits within our administration department, reporting to the Office Manager and working alongside the existing administration team. The role is extremely varied to include, for example, providing office support to the business in areas such as:

- Answering the telephone in a professional manner and being able to expertly sign post enquiries
- Report writing and checking
- Formatting CVs
- Arranging meetings
- Conducting computer-based research
