**About You**
We are looking for an **Executive Assistant **to support members of the UK Leadership team in the Family Care business unit. You will be proactive, collaborative and adaptable with excellent organisation and communication skills, managing multiple projects and leader requests.
You will have the ability to build great relationships with people at all levels with both internal and external contacts.
This is a hybrid (home/office) role with regular attendance at our office in Tadworth, Surrey and some travel to support offsite activities on an adhoc basis

**The Role**
- Set-up and logistics of regular leadership team meetings, annual conferences and team building events (offsite, onsite or virtual)
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the wider business context to enable good quality support for Family Care
- Diary booking, PowerPoint creation and logistics of monthly Town Halls
- Work with the wider Family Care teams to ensure POs are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Creation and distribution of communication materials e.g. engagement materials, monthly updates
- Ability to use new tools for Workshop team preparations i.e. Miro
- Help with weekly Family Care team meetings and follow up of the LSW action plan
- Utilise collaboration tools (Yammer, Microsoft Teams etc.) to inform, update and communicate to the supply chain and or manufacturing teams.
- Collate information and support the analysis and share action planning of MyVoice activity.
- Assist the Directors with team new joiners to K-C and the on-boarding process
- Manage all travel requirements for Directors
- both domestic and international, including any visa requirements
- Liaise with hotels/conference centres to ensure accommodation, room layout, equipment and catering conform to KC standards and negotiate rates/reductions where possible
- Network and build good working relationships with all internal personnel, and external K-C partners and suppliers
- Carry out all administrative duties efficiently, accurately and on time, making recommendations and implementing improvements
You will have experience of providing first class Executive Assistant support working with Senior Leaders, ideally within a matrix organisation. You will also need to have strong experience of event planning and negotiating costs with external providers
