- Sales Order Processing/Administrative/Co-ordination skills

**ABOUT THE ROLE -**
In this role you’ll be responsible for - and be passionate about - connecting our customers with ERIKS specialism and innovation, continually developing and furthering our (and your) partnership with them.

As Customer Operations Supervisor you're the glue that holds the team together onsite. You'll make sure any enquiries are dealt with promptly, processed efficiently and the customer is left more than satisfied with the results of your efforts. Supported by the ERIKS family, you’ll ensure when it comes to contract renewal, it’s not a question of if.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales order processing onsite with the customer
- Processing orders in CRM system
- Resolving customer complaints and queries
- Supporting onsite team for escalations
- Deputising for Service Centre Manager as required
