**Leasehold Co-ordinator**

**Role overview**

We are looking for a Leasehold Co-ordinator to join a dynamic team and help deliver excellent property management services, acting as a point of contact for our shared-owner, leaseholder, and freeholder residents. We aim to provide a same day return contact and first time fix service as part of the Leasehold Contact Hub, with the objective of continually reducing complaints. As well as providing effective administrative support to the Leasehold Property Management, New Homes and Commercial Asset Management teams.

**Responsibilities will include**:
To adhere to the framework for Leasehold Services in order to deliver excellent standards and performance in relation to regulatory and legal compliance, best practice, innovation and customer service, specifically in the areas of:

- Able to proficiently liaise with residents and solicitors to answer a variety enquiries in respect of the re-sale, re-mortgage of Freehold, Leasehold and Shared Ownership
- Draft and complete legal documents such as transfers, notices and certificates according to the lease requirements
- Ensure enquiries and complaints are responded appropriately and service is delivered in accordance with service standards policies, procedures, statutory regulations and relevant Codes of Practice
- Manage the leasehold central inbox and be responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, including liaison with the A2Dominion Operational Teams, external solicitors and residents
- Carry out lease administration services for residents; pre-contract enquiries, processing notices, re-mortgages consents in accordance with the lease
- Ensure that accurate customer contact and property records are maintained in accordance with relevant procedure
- Carry out post sale service such us setting up new accounts and producing welcome packs
- Assist Leasehold Team Manager with policies, procedures and work practices updates to continually improve administrative processes;
- Administrative support to the Leasehold Property Management, New Homes and Commercial Asset Management teams including preparation and distribution of correspondence and information as requested and recording and reporting key performance data;
**More about you**
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math’s and English (Grades A*- C)
- Has or willing to undertake Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) professional qualification
- Experience of delivery in customer orientated service, housing or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
