Co-ordinator (Domiciliary Care)

Your experience in senior care, along with your leadership skills, will be essential in providing an excellent quality service. **Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team
- Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments for clients
- Ensure proper medication administration and documentation
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise in the absence of the Manager
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in home care, nursing home, or assisted living settings
- Strong knowledge of senior care practices and regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
Essentials:
- Minimum of Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care or related field
- Driver with own vehicle
- Partake in the on call rota
Pay: From £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
