**The Opportunity**

We are delighted to be able to offer a Store Supervisor opportunity, working at our Todays Extra Store, Fiveways, Cleethorpes.

**The Company**

We are a Grimsby based, family run business, focused on Convenience Retail Stores and Wholesale Distribution in the North of England.

What will you be doing?

You will work alongside our Store Manager and Area Convenience Manager, ensuring that our Store team are trained correctly and that our Customers are offered the best service.

This is a very hands on role, in the absence of our Store Manager, you will take accountability for the Store operations, you will be involved in the replenishment of the Store, the ordering of the stock, liaising with our depot, delivering excellent customer service with our team in the Store and supporting to maintain standards in line with our Store Audit process.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: £10.72 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cleethorpes: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
