**About the role**
We have a new opportunity to join our People Team as our Payroll Administration Apprentice. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience while working towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Payroll Administration.
In this role, you’ll be working within a supportive team, learning how to deliver an unrivalled payroll service to our colleagues.
Whether it’s supporting with employee changes, helping to produce reports, or taking part in team projects, you’ll have the opportunity to get stuck in and make a real difference in how we deliver an excellent service to our colleagues across the business.
**About you**
If you enjoy being organised and take pride in getting the detail right, then we want to hear from you.
You’ll demonstrate a willingness to learn, motivation to succeed and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft office, demonstrating a basic Excel knowledge. Essentially, you’ll be keen to develop your skills in a busy, supportive team.
We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly and politely, especially when handling sensitive information or complex queries. You’ll understand the importance of confidentiality, especially when working with employee data.
You’ll also be someone who works well with others, contributing positively to team goals whilst bringing a solution-focused mindset to the challenges that come your way.
