Head of Residential Conveyancing - Walsall
A strong regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to head up their Walsall team.
This is a role with real potential, so experience of business development and local market knowledge will help as you grow the department and the team around you.
On offer is a competitive salary, free parking and a performance related bonus scheme.
The successful applicant will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least 5 years’ experience ofhandling their own caseload including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales
- Remortgages
- Registrations
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership

Full admin/secretarial support will be given.
