**Job Title**: Apprentice Marketing Assistant

**Location**: Head Office (Malhotra House)

**Hours**:36.25 hours per week (inclusive of 20% off the job training)

**Salary**:£12,750 per annum

**Position Reports To**: Marketing Manager

**Main Job Purpose & Scope**
- To assist with the marketing of the Malhotra Group PLC for their 12 leisure venues and 15 care homes.

**Key Areas of Personal Responsibility and Accountability**
- Assisting in the planning of key events and preparing calendars for all sites
- Liaising with all unit managers to implement calendars and assist in developing venue-specific strategies
- Assist marketing team in designing all advertising media including menus, drink lists and promotions
- Liaising with appointed printers to produce all printed materials required
- Assist with social media marketing via Sprout Social looking after circa 30 social media accounts
- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions
- Ensure all websites are kept up to date
- Create e-marketing campaigns to send out to the Malhotra Group PLC database

**Other Responsibilities/Deputising Requirements**
- Provide assistance and support to other members within the Group through a culture of teamwork and commitment

**Measurement of Performance**
- Successful undertaking of all duties and responsibilities
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy of own work,
- Positive contribution towards Group Values
- Achievement of key objectives/KPIs in line with negotiated targets
