**Covering the Craven Area - **Skipton, Hellifield, Thresfield, grassington and settle.

Shifts patterns; 7 am - 2 pm and 4 pm - 10 pm

Full time hours - Alternative weekends

**Salary: £13.00 weekdays £13.50 weekends**

**In this role you will be;**
- Assisting with personal care tasks with dignity, respect, and promoting independence
- Supporting clients with medication management and administration and monitor health conditions
- Helping with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Providing assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable safe living environment.
- Engaging in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being.
- Full driving licence and car required for this role.
- Communicate effectively with clients’ families, and healthcare providers
