Mortgage Specialist

**Our Client is a well established business within Residential, Buy to Let and Bridging finance, successfully growing they seeking an experienced individual to join their friendly and inclusive team.**

As an experienced Mortgage Specialist**,** you'll be responsible for researching, supporting and managing both reporting & documentation thoroughly. You’ll have previously worked in a mortgage administration or mortgage orientated role and beable to hit the ground running.

**The Role**:

- Completing the mortgage processing roadmap
- Interpretting credit reports and instructing valuations
- Comprehensive checking of supporting documents, ensuring compliance with ML, financial crime guidelines
- Diary management and being key in supporting colleagues. You would report directly to the Broker Support Manager.

**About You**:

- To be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience working within mortgage administration or equivalent (maybe BtL or bridging)
- Work well as part of a small team and undertand the importance of the role you have to play
- Use initiative and meet deadlines
- You’ll be a creative thinker, problem solver, comfortable and effective at your role, and thrive in a financial services environment.
- Most of all you will want to share success and be pivitol in helping us grow the business for everyone-including yourself

**Desirables**:
A CeMap or equivalent qualification or mortgage underwriting experience would be a distinct bonus.
