Are you an experienced Project Manager and looking for a new challenge? Our client based in Doncaster are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their business as a Project Manager.

You will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling & closure of major projects within the department.

**To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II Certification
- Current or recent project management experience
- Excellent client facing & communication skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office

Having great attention to detail & the ability to multitask is a must for this role. Having experience of managing major projects is also advantageous.

**Within this position, you’ll also be**:

- Leading the planning for major projects
- Coordinating resources & third parties/vendors
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time within scope & budget
- Assisting in the definition of project scope & objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders & ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensuring resource availability & allocation
- Developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule & project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools & techniques
- Reporting & escalating to management as needed
- Performing risk management to minimize project risks
- Creating & maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Delegating project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets & experience levels
- Tracking project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short & long term goals
- Meeting budgetary objectives & making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Devleloping comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Using & continually developing leadership skills

**Salary & Working Hours**

Salary is £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Working hours are Monday - Friday with Hybrid flexible working
