Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be joining the engineering team that is responsible for all Microsoft services, cloud-based and otherwise.

Your Responsibilities:

- Participating in and supporting capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and managers.
- Responsible for the updating, development and deployment of projects or tasks involving Microsoft technologies and / or services.
- Assist with managing Azure GCC High Tenant.
- Ensuring the integrity and security of enterprise data on host computers, multiple databases, and during data transfer in accordance to business needs and industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing and reporting on utilization and capacity of server fleet.
- Managing end-user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Performing network and security audits.
- Establishing, documenting, and performing and testing routine system backups and restores.
- Anticipating, mitigating, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software problems on servers. Escalating incidents as necessary.
- Practicing asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
Recommending, scheduling, and performing software and hardware improvements, upgrades, patches, reconfigurations, and/or purchases.
- Conducting research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of systems software procurement and development efforts.
- Creating required reports in response to business user needs.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- A minimum of 3 years' experience of IT administration, including 2 years’ experience with Azure cloud platform.
Technical certifications are considered advantageous.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Collaborative but also comfortable working under own direction.
- Keen to learn and develop new skills alongside the company’s growth.
- Able and willing to travel internationally.
- Microsoft Windows Server administration
- Linux server administration
- VMware vSphere platforms
- Amazon AWS cloud platforms
- Microsoft Active Directory Domain services
- Microsoft Messaging platforms, including Office 365 and Exchange
- Networking skills, Cisco and Call Manager experience beneficial
- Automation and orchestration technologies, including Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and PowerShell
- Backup technologies, Veeam experience beneficial
- Monitoring systems, PRTG experience beneficial
- MDM and EMM systems, AirWatch experience beneficial
- Citrix XenApp Platforms.
