As part of our ongoing growth strategy, we have opened up the opportunity to expand our support team with a Junior Technical Support Specialist.
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience as you complete a IT Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.
This is a great opportunity for a driven, motivated and IT passionate individual to join an international support team working in multiple sectors simultaneously.
**Duties**:
- 1st Line IT Support and escalation
- Tracking and routing problems and requests
- Troubleshooting, configuring and assisting with various software packages for Windows, macOS and Linux
- Assisting our remote specialists with hands-on tasks for local networks
- Assisting with project planning and delivery
- Assisting with new client acquisition and on-boarding

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Being able to perform under pressure
- A team player able to build relationships
- Previous experience in a similar role
**Personal qualities**:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superb time management, multitasking, and organisational skills

- Confidence and excellent interpersonal skills
**Entry requirements**:
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Working week**:
Monday - Friday,
37.5 hours a week.
**Salary**: £19,500 per annum.

**Future prospects:**
92% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
