**Support Worker**

Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting Support Workers in Preston and the surrounding areas to work within Residential and Supported Living Services, working with young adults who have Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Autism and otherlong term conditions.

We can offer a fully flexible rota that fits in around your own requirements

You must have at least six months experience of working in a support worker role, in the past three years and have a commitment to providing compassionate, person centred care to vulnerable people.
