Junior Buyer

**Concept Resourcing is pleased to be working with a growing organisation as they look to strengthen their Procurement function, with the addition of a Junior Buyer.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the procurement process for a portfolio of diverse customers
- Building and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Reducing procurement expenditure for our customers
- Reacting to client enquiries quickly and efficiently
- Involved in procuring and buying a wide range of products and equipment from local and international suppliers to fulfil customer requests
- Negotiating pricing and lead times with suppliers
- Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relationships
- Maintaining SLAs with customer and company policy
- Providing swift and viable sourcing solutions to customers
- Consistently achieving personal procurement targets and KPI’s

**Skills Required: -**
- Previous experience within a customer service/sales OR purchasing type role
- Strong business acumen with excellent customer service skills
- High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Flexible approach to workload
- Positive attitude and be able work well within a team or individually
- Ability to work under pressure
- Working experience using Microsoft Office

**This role will offer a base salary of £24000 - £26,000 plus monthly and yearly bonus incentives.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
