Cleaning Supervisor

Monday to Friday

8.00 hrs per day, 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs

A reliable and trustworthy Cleaning Supervisor required to ensure the site is supervised efficiently and effectively, and that the specified cleaning standards are met and maintained by the cleaning team.

The main areas of accountability and personal specification for the position are detailed below: This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:

- To support the National Account Manager (NAM) in the operational management of the contract.
- To deputise for the NAM in ensuring the operation is managed in line with company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring high standards of Housekeeping are achieved at all times, being flexible, able to meet the changing operational needs on a continual basis and to suggest new initiatives to ensure best practice is continually delivered.
- To provide professional support to the business in service related matters and promote the Churchill brand at all times.
- To be involved with the control and delivery of the staff rosters and assisting with correct manning levels ensuring compliance is maintained at all times.
- Assist the NAM managing absence and holiday records including sickness and annual leave for all direct reports.
- To support the NAM in recruitment, Induction training, developing and retraining of staff.
- Ensure adequate quality performance (KPI’s / SLA’s) measures are adhered too and any non-compliance is resolved in a professional manner.
- Supporting the NAM in prioritizing all Housekeeping incidents ensuring all key
- Any other reasonable request/duties as required by the National Account Manager/Client/Company.

Experience using a scrubber/dryer/cleaning machinery beneficial.

Due to location own transport is required. Parking on site.

Uniform is provided.

Paid on a fortnightly basis.

**Salary**: £13.50 per hour
