**In this role you will**:

- Water, fertilize, prune, and weed plants to ensure optimal growth and health.
- Perform tasks in various weather conditions, including planting, watering, and general maintenance of outdoor areas.
- Lift, carry, and move heavy plants, soil bags, and other gardening materials safely and efficiently.
- Assist with planting, repotting, and transplanting activities.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Someone with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Passion for gardening and a willingness to learn.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Working hours: 40 per week, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with one hour unpaid lunch.**
