We’re hiring a Strategic Contract Specialist to join our team. This is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week. We offer a flexible approach to working between home and the office, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

**Here’s the facts about the role**:
As Strategic Contract Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the performance of VIVID’s strategic contracts, managing the performance of and supplier relationships for them, primarily across Property Services and Assets. You’ll develop and assist with the implementation of VIVID’s procedural framework for contract and supplier relationship management.
Through business partnering with senior leaders, managers and business accountants, you’ll understand budget considerations relevant to our key strategic contracts and ensure we maximise their operational and commercial performance. You’ll provide strong leadership and support within the procurement team on contract related topics, building relationships across all departments to promote collaboration; and embed professionalism and commerciality in our approach to contract award and management.
Ideally you’ll be educated to Degree level or equivalent with a relevant qualification in Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management (CIPS) and fundamentals of contract law. You’ll demonstrate a track record of excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding with experience managing high value, strategic contracts in previous roles.
