Due to the ever-growing expansion of this well-known consumer goods business, a new role has arisen for a Payroll Systems Specialist. This new role will be working for a newly founded shared services office which will be supporting three major FMCG businesses,based in the heart of Warwick with the capability to be hybrid working (3x days in office).
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams and relevant technical teams to identify root cause and resolve systems issues and errors
- Develop and deliver user procedures, guidelines and documentation and deliver user training on new/updated processes/functionality as required
- Deliver Subject Matter Expertise for SuccessFactors ECP system, including troubleshooting and resolving system problems, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Drive end user compliance while maintaining SOX and auditing requirements of Payroll Systems
- Act as HR systems partner to the business. Collate Business Change requirements, assess business impact and manage any business testing requirements
- Payroll systems management

**Ideal Previous Experience Required**
- Significant experience supporting HR and/or payroll systems including experience with end user system support, managing access, configuration, trouble shooting and reporting. SuccessFactors experience will be looked on favourably
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, including experience liaising with third party vendors
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to resolve issues that may arise with managing data in a system
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships internally and externally with clients, intermediaries, and service providers
- Good knowledge of HR and payroll systems
