Gardener

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
- Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, pruning, weeding, and planting.
- Irrigate gardens and ensure proper watering techniques are applied to promote healthy growth.
- Assist in the growing of plants, flowers, and vegetables as per seasonal requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of gardening equipment and work areas.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement garden layouts that enhance the overall landscape.
- Monitor plant health and identify any pest or disease issues, taking appropriate action as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or garden maintenance is preferable.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in gardening practices.
- Knowledge of plant care, including irrigation methods and seasonal growing techniques.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
