Working with the Night Manager this role will be:

- Welcoming guests as soon as they arrive with care and attention, with a personalized approach.
- Sharing your knowledge of the facilities and services, events offered by the hotel and the surrounding area.
- Competent in taking Reservations, up selling where possible to maximize on average room rates.
- Patrolling all areas of the hotel on a regular basis to make a report of any fire or H&S hazards or maintenance.
- Completing Audits checking charges, reconciling and balancing revenues generated as per night audit checklist.
- Ensures all areas public areas are cleaned.
- Supporting the early rises with breakfast and check outs.

**Job Type**: Part-time
