**JOB TITLE**: Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant**

**RESPONSIBLE TO**: Head of Housekeeping**

**ACCOUNTABLE TO**: Registered Manager**

**LOCATION**: Peterborough**

**TERMS**: flexi doing a minimum of 3 shifts a month (12-hour shifts)**(Must be flexible and be able to commit to shift patterns ranging from 7pm-7am between Monday-Sunday)**

**RATE: 10.90 per hour**

PJ Care is a leading provider of specialist Dementia care and for people with neurological conditions. We are looking to recruit a Housekeeping Laundry Assistant, do you have passion for care and want to join our established teams in Peterborough?

Are you interested in working in a Flexi 3-month contract and available to start asap.

**Responsibilities**
- To meet all laundry needs, including washing, drying and ironing. To launder soft furnishings and other onsite laundry.
- To Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation by servicing all bedrooms and communal areas in line with company procedures
- To keep all areas of the Units, including all toilets, clean and tidy. This includes washing, dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning and sweeping as appropriate.
