**About the role**

The People & Culture team at Perkbox Vivup are here to support all our teams across the business and ensure they’re set up for success. Our people function is divided into four pillars, People Operations, People Partnering, Talent Development and Talent Acquisition & Experience.

We are now hiring a Junior People Advisor to join our partnering team. This role will be offering advice, guidance and mentorship to the business to support our wider people strategy.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Provide first-line People support to employees and managers, responding to queries and escalating issues when necessary
- Build & maintain relationships across the business and collaborate with stakeholders to align People initiatives and business needs
- Support our People Advisors in all aspects of People & Culture, with a strong focus on employee relations (ER)
- Maintain and update People systems, ensuring data accuracy and becoming a system superuser (e.g., HiBob)
- Prepare reports and analysis on metrics, trends, and outcomes for management review
- Support with reviewing, and updating People Partnering policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices, industry standards, and legal requirements

**What We’re Looking For**
- Some experience in a people-related role, ideally at an entry or assistant level
- Basic understanding of employee relations (ER) processes
- Good analytical skills and ability to work with data under supervision - attention to detail is key
- Good client service and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A quick learner who is keen to become a HiBob superuser, managing and optimizing the People system
