**Betterclean Services **are hiring a cleaner for student studio apartments located in Bristol, BS2. **Hours**: 1hr daily (Mon-Fri), evening start **Pay**:£9.75p/h + benefits (see below) **Signing Bonus**:If you are hired, successfully complete an initial 6-week probation period and continue with permanent employment with us, you will be paid a whole extra shift as a "welcome" bonus on the next payroll. **Betterclean Services **is a local family-owned business, part of a national network who have proudly served commercial clients in the South West for over 25 years. However, you'll need to: - Be reliable and trustworthy, with good attention to detail - Have a positive attitude, and take pride in doing your job well - Genuinely care about delivering to the highest quality for our clients - Be organised and able to work effectively alone or as part of a team **Cleaner Responsibilities** You’ll be expected to: - Clean all areas to our high standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing. - Work safely with required chemicals, and follow a cleaning routine - Monitor your equipment and provide accurate monthly stock takes - Willingly receive regular feedback in a constructive and professional manner - Supply the contact details of at least one previous employer for a reference - Provide full right to work documentation Please check the site location before applying, and ensure that you are able to get to/from the site. **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 5 hrs per week **Salary**: £9.75 per hour **Benefits**: - Holiday pay - Signing bonus - Referral rewards programme - Performance awards and rewards Schedule: - Monday to Friday - evening start - 1hr per day **Experience**: - cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Expected start date: ASAP **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 5 per week **Salary**: £9.75 per hour Additional pay: - Signing bonus **Benefits**: - Referral programme Schedule: - Monday to Friday - Night shift - No weekends **Experience**: - cleaning: 1 year (preferred) Reference ID: CRM - BS1 6BA
