Bindery Porter

**Bindery Porter (days) - **Fork Lift Truck experience required

CPI Books Chatham is currently recruiting for a reliable, flexible and trustworthy Bindery Porter, with Fork Lift Truck experience.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring that all recommended working practices and safe operating procedures are

complied with at all times.
- Complying with all CPI Books policies, including (but not limited to) Health, Safety and Environmental policy, Quality Systems, Personnel, Smoking policy & Mobile Phone policy.
- Working to a high and accurate standard.
- Waste segregation.

- Great attention to detail and with a high level of confidence with numbers.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and high volumes of work.
- Ability to manage own working area (housekeeping).
- Strong communications skills and the ability to identify quality issues.
- A team player and willing to help at all time.
- The ability to communicate clearly, be hardworking and safety conscious.

**Hours of work**:

- Continental day shifts between 6am-6pm_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
