**Working Days & Hours -** 37.5 hours per week. Hours will alternate weekly from 8:30am - 5:00pm to 9:00am - 5:30pm. NO WEEKENDS

We are seeking a highly motivated **Customer Service Advisor**to complement our fantastic team based at our Lettings Support Centre in Spalding, Lincolnshire.As our **Customer Service Advisor,** you will provide **property management** and **tenancy administration** support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

**Key responsibilities of aCustomer Service Advisor**:
The main purpose of your role is to provide a **property management** and **tenancy administration support**service to branches, landlords, and tenants. You will also co-ordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out in time and to agreed standards and negotiatethe end of tenancy deposit settlements. The Property Coordinator will act as a liaison between our tenants and landlords whilst providing excellent customer service at all times.
