Junior Photographer

We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Junior Photographer / Studio Assistant **to join our Creative team in Wigan on a full time, permanent basis.

As part of our dynamic Studio team, the Junior Photographer / Studio Assistant will assist shoots for product and lifestyle imagery. You will also have the opportunity to shoot the product photography adhering to brand guidelines for multi brands.

**As our Junior Photographer / Studio Assistant your key responsibilities will include;**
- Assist with product and lifestyle shoots, including shooting product to brand guidelines.
- Edit product and lifestyle imagery.
- Prepare the studio for shoots, assisting with specific lighting and set preparations.
- Steam garments and prepare props / accessories prior to shooting to maximise studio output.
- Prepare product samples to be returned to the tech team correctly and packed.
- Maintain service records for studio equipment.
- Assist in the delivery, organisation and return of seasonable samples, ensuring all products are accounted for in the correct location.
- Physically move stock, props and equipment between studios and storage areas.
- Assist with room set ups prior to lifestyle shoots, including moving flats and floors.

**Our ideal Junior Photographer / Studio Assistant will have the following skills and experience;**
- Degree / NVQ Level qualification in relevant field
- Interest in home and lifestyle, photography
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail or office studio environment
- Adobe Creative Suite 1 yrs.+ experience
- Knowledge of photography, photographic and studio equipment
- Able to work on own initiate while also being a team player
- Comfortable and able lifting the Health and Safety requisite limits
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and to work to set deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
