Dorset Healthcare Estates and Facilities Directorate are seeking to appoint a conscientious and self-motivated Estates Officer (Mechanical Operations), to manage and support the mechanical maintenance team based at our new office and workshop facilities in Wareham.
The team deliver pre-planned maintenance and quality repair services to a variety of Trust premises across Dorset, which include Hospitals, Health Centres, Mental Health Units and Administrative Buildings.
A programme of professional development training is in place, that will support a person's progression toward attaining an Appointed Person qualification in one or more mechanical disciplines.
The role comes with a pay enhancement of £3500 pa. plus, an on-call allowance currently at 4.5% A full UK driving licence is essential and a tracked vehicle (business use only) and work wear will be provided.
