This is a dual role, with both positions of equal importance.

The Truck Driver position is a non-supervisory position. Duties include operation and maintaining transportation vehicles with a focus on safety. The completion of paperwork related to delivery and collection to our Sub Contractor. Receiving product back into stock through our system and identifying next process.

The Raw Material Stores Operator will be responsible for the integrity of the raw material inventory in the warehouse. To control all material movements, issues and supply throughout the manufacturing process with quarterly stock checks. Cycle counts of finished goods to be carried out periodically to support the stores function.

The position is responsible for control of all raw materials, from receiving, inspection, distribution to and from work centers and processing of all related documentation. The receiver is in tandem with the setters of the prime work centers, responsible for planning issue and receipts of raw materials to the work center to reduce down time.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Truck Driver**
- Adhere to all transport and EHS laws and regulations
- Follow the daily route and work assignments as directed by the Supply Chain Manager
- Ensure product is accounted for both when dropping off and picking up and communicate discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager prior to leaving a subcontractor.
- Receiving sub contract work, performing inspection as required and distribution to appropriate areas for further processing
- Performing daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; performing minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary
- Fueling the vehicles; ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle maintenance is completed and reported; documenting usage; preparing trip reports; preparing accident and incident reports as necessary.

**Raw Material Stores Operator**
- Perform receiving inspection on incoming material
- Receive material from suppliers. Confirm shipment to purchase order (item number, weight, certificate of conformity) and enter item in stock.
- Process all relevant paperwork with regard to raw material deliveries and record and report any discrepancies prior to receiving into stock.
- Identify defective raw material during receiving or during processing and report to Supply Chain Manager.
- Control warehouse locations on the JDE system.
- Issue and receipt of raw materials to and from work centers and processing of associated documentation.
- Perform quarterly raw material and periodic finished goods checks and material condition and report to Supply Chain Manager
- Maintain a good level of housekeeping within the raw material warehouse
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor/management

**PERFORMANCE MEASURES**:

- Accuracy in completion of daily transport route
- All vehicle records are up to date and accurate
- Cleanliness/tidiness of vehicle cabs.
- Conforms to all safety and EHS regulations.
- Correctness of raw material and finished goods stock.
- Material ready for start of WO
- Receiving inspection accuracy
- High level of housekeeping and organised work area
