Based at Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre, we are seeking a reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our team.

This role is great for individuals with or without experience of commercial cleaning who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will have an eye for detail and be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across various areas of our site including accommodation, facilities, and office spaces.

Duties Include:

- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms
- Change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
- Empty bins and dispose of waste and recycling properly
- Restock supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and requests promptly and professionally

**Experience**:

- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes

**Core hours currently available are Monday 09.00 - 14.30 and Friday 09.00 - 14.30.**
